The merchandise store associated with The Courage to Be Real operates using the Shopify commerce platform and third-party fulfillment, payment, shipping, and service providers.

By accessing our merchandise store, placing an order, or purchasing merchandise, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the store and applicable services may also be governed by the terms, policies, procedures, and conditions of Shopify and the applicable third-party service providers.

Shopify Platform & Terms

Our online merchandise store is hosted and supported through Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce technology that enables products and services to be offered and transactions to be processed through the store.

Merchandise Sales

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Merchandise

If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or has not been received, customers should follow the support and claim procedures provided with their Shopify order, order confirmation, tracking information, fulfillment provider, or shipping carrier, as applicable.

Customers should retain their order number, packaging, shipping information, photographs, and any other documentation that may be necessary to review a claim.
