All merchandise orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped through our Shopify store and third-party fulfillment/shipping providers. Shipping availability, rates, estimated delivery times, tracking, and other shipping terms are determined during checkout and are subject to the applicable Shopify, fulfillment provider, and shipping carrier terms.

Order Processing & Shipping

Because many of our merchandise items are made to order, please allow time for your item to be produced before it is shipped.

Shipping and delivery estimates displayed during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier availability, holidays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.

Please make sure your email address and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, The Courage to Be Real does not control the delivery process or carrier delays.

If your order:

• Has not arrived within the expected delivery period

• Shows as delivered but you have not received it

• Arrives damaged or defective

• Contains an incorrect item

please use the support/contact options provided with your Shopify order confirmation or tracking information so the appropriate fulfillment or shipping claim can be reviewed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or fulfillment. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, fees, or additional delivery requirements imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shopify & Carrier Terms

By placing an order through our store, you acknowledge that shipping and fulfillment may also be subject to the terms, policies, limitations, and procedures of Shopify, our fulfillment partners, and the applicable shipping carrier.

The Courage to Be Real is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery disruptions outside of our reasonable control.
